AppleJack

For those of you that have a Mac you may be interested in this free application. Once installed it will allow you to run it while in single user mode (hold down command S when you start up). Type in Applejack to run the program.

Applejack will fix disk and permission issues, as well as remove cache data.

Sped up my laptop!
